Under the Biden Administration with kamala Harris as Vice President, free speech in the United States and around the world has been routinely attacked, with massive shadow censorship programs to stifle those with opposing views. Censorship under a Harris-Walz Administration would be even more extreme.
According to the Washington Examiner back in 2019, under the Biden administration, while Harris was Vice President of the United States, actions by her have come into question.
Government Power to Silence
Harris has established a long history of using government power to silence voices she does not agree with or one’s that have an opportunity to expose her motives.
As attorney general of California, Harris demanded that select conservative nonprofit organizations turn over sensitive IRS documents that revealed the identities of donors.
Harris claimed she needed the information to combat fraud in the nonprofit sector but was not able to prove her accusations.
In fact, Harris failed to identify one case in which the collection of data assisted in an actual fraud investigation.
This is a specific example of how under the Biden Administration, Harris was able to attack the opposition.
An attack designed to gain access to information that may have been used for nefarious purposes by Harris’ own team.
The actions of Biden and Harris call into question the Harris-Walz candidacy for the American Presidential election as the race inches closer to day of judgement.
Censorship was Integral
The Hill also recently confirmed in a contributor’s report how under the President Biden censorship was integral part of his administration’s legacy.
President Biden even accused social media companies of “killing people” for failing to increase levels of censorship.
Interestingly Biden and Harris also claimed anyone who was not covid vaccinated would die from the virus, which proved to be an outright lie.
President Biden even caught covid again after being fully vaccinated with two doses of covid vaccine and numerous “booster” shots to keep up the charade of so called immunity.
The timing of Biden catching covid again in 2024 then dropping out of the Presidential election race was quite remarkable as it came only day after the trump assassination attempt.

Anti-free Speech Agenda
Under the Biden administration with support from his VP Harris, Democrats in Congress have relentlessly pushed their anti-free speech agenda by demanding censorship of opposing views.
The Biden and Harris democrats demanded censorship on subjects ranging from climate change to gender identity, even banking policy, in the name of combatting “disinformation.”
The Biden administration also created offices like the Disinformation Governance Board before it was shut down after public outcry.
However Biden and Harris quickly shifted this censorship agenda work to other offices and groups throughout the country and around the world.
Shutting Down Opposing Viewpoints
As vice president, Harris has long supported these anti-free speech policies and her agenda of shutting down opposing viewpoints has remained front and centre to her strategy.
The addition of Walz as Harris’ unning mate in the next American Presiential election completes a perfect combination for free speech advocates.
Tim Walz the current governor of Minnesota has shown a direct disregard for free speech values and an equally shocking lack of understanding of the First Amendment.

Censoring “Disinformation”
Walz who is running alongside Harris for the American Presidential election went on MSNBC to support censoring “disinformation”.
Walz stated he felt statements which could be identified as hurtful should be stopped and declared, “There’s no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech, and especially around our democracy.”
Timothy James Walz is an American politician, former schoolteacher, and retired U.S. Army non-commissioned officer who is currently serving as the 41st governor of Minnesota.
False Claims
The false claims by Biden, Harris, Walz and the multitude of democrats is nothing new.
Democrats believe that speech which they determine to be “hateful” is not covered by the first amendment right to free speech.
However as is often the case, facts outweigh feelings, especially when it comes to justice and the court of law.
Consistently Rejected Claims
The Supreme Court has consistently rejected claims made by Gov. Walz. that “hate speech” is not protected as “free speech”.
In the 2016 Matal v. Tam decision, the court stressed that this precise position “strikes at the heart of the First Amendment. Speech that demeans on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other similar ground is hateful; but the proudest boast of our free speech jurisprudence is that we protect the freedom to express ‘the thought that we hate.’”
Essentially the courts decided that is in fact speech which is most hated which is the speech which should be not protected.
This goes directly against the agenda of the Harris -Walz presidential candidates opinions and if elected possibly their entire censorship agenda.
Target and Silence Individuals and Groups
According to The Hill, Harris ultimately succeeded to an unprecedented degree with a comprehensive federal effort to target and silence individuals and groups on social media under the Biden-Harris administration.
Under a possible Harris – Walz presidency free speech inside the United States and potentially around the world would take a massive attack.
In order to protect free speech around the world, every country much allow speech which is not loved, not liked, not accepted, not approved but in fact hated.
In a free and open society where all ideas are accepted to be spoken as much as they can be ridiculed or rejected means the acceptance of hate speech is inherently the right to free speech.
