The well known leadership of the Islamic terror group known as Hezbollah suffered a severe blow to its strategic direction with strikes in Lebanon that killed Hassan Nasrallah among other top officials.

Israel has increased attacks along the Lebanese border where Hezbollah operates as it seeks to control and contain the Islamic terror group.

More than one thousand militants and civilians in Lebanon have been killed along with key leadership of Hezbollah.

Many throughout the middle east were either joyous in hearing the news of nasrallah’s death or were mourning.

Hezbollah is a Shia Islamic militant group who fought ISIS, Al Qaeda, and other Sunni Islamic militant groups in the area.

Those who are supporters of the sunni Islamic militant groups in Syria and Iraq, cheered when they heard the news of Nasrallah’s death in Lebanon.

Meanwhile in Iran and other parts of Syria an Iraq, mourners covered the streets dressed in black attire showing respect for the fallen leader.

The Israeli military confirmed over the weekend that it had eliminated the islamic terror group leader in air strikes.

The coordinated attacks took place on the group’s central command headquarters in Beirut’s southern suburbs on Friday.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu explained how the killing of the Hezbollah top brass was necessary for “changing the balance of power in the region for years to come.”

Netanyahu warned Israelis of challenging days ahead in public statement as he was resolved to keep taking the fight to the terrorists.

Netanyahu explained how the killing of Nasrallah was needed to cut off the head of snake “Nasrallah was not a terrorist, he was the terrorist” who controlled the group.

The killing of the Hezbollah may destabilize Shia militants in the region with the possibility of swaying the balance of power away from Iran.
