American prosecutors have arrested music producer Sean Combs also known by his stage names as P. Diddy, Puff Daddy, and Diddy on an array of federal charges including sex trafficking.

Sean Combs also known as Sean John, has been arrested at a New York hotel as a result of a years long investigation against him.

Years Long Investigation

Combs who is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution due to his treatment of associates and female companions.

Prostitution and sex trafficking is not new in the music industry as often entertainers will pay young females for their time and attention.

However the charges against the music mogul Diddy are more serious in nature due to being coerced sex acts called “freak offs” which Combs orchestrated and recorded.

Freak Offs

The accusation is that the sex acts called “freak offs” were forced on individuals, including paid sex workers and being drugged by Diddy himself.

Combs denies the accusations claiming the “freak offs” were consensual rather than forced and that he was merely enjoying himself with others.

These sex acts called freak offs also saw prostitutes transported to various locations were the sex shows controlled by Diddy occurred according to the lawsuit.

Assault by Sean Combs

Video of an assault by Sean Combs against his then girlfriend singer “Cassie”shows the producer beating and kicking her in submission.

The assault which occurred in 2016 happened at the Intercontinental Hotel seemed to have disappeared from hotel servers until technology experts were able to retrieve and publish it.

Combs apologized for the incident but it does show the abhorrent treatment by Combs towards the women in his life.

Shaken up the Music Industry

It is still unclear how many accusers are currently accusing the music mogul of misconduct however more victims may come to light as the case against Combs grows.

If convicted Sean Combs could face a minimum mandatory jail sentence of 15 years in prison for his accused crimes.

The charges have shaken up the music industry and other well known entertainers and musicians may also be under the magnifying glass for suspected crimes.
